weekly workshop childrens theatre Are you aged between 8 and 12? Do you have a passion for drama? Do you want to be the next big thing? Then this is for you! All you budding actors and actresses under the age of twelve can now come along to a Children’s Theatre in both Cumnock and Kilmarnock. The theatre will help you develop any existing drama skills and teach you new ones using drama games, improvisation and role play! Script work and acting techniques will also be a big part of your theatre experience! The Childrens Theatre runs for ten week blocks, three times a year at a cost of £30 per block. To join the Children’s Theatre or to add your name to the waiting list please contact Michelle Laats – Performing Arts Development Officer on 01563 578157.Children’s Theatre venues and times: Kilmarnock COSTS AND DATES If, after the trial session you want to continue attending the Children’s Theatre, you will be given a form (to be returned to palace theatre box office) along with the £30 fee. Children’s Theatre begins on Monday 11 September in Cumnock at 430pm and Wednesday 14 September at 430pm in Kilmarnock and will run for ten weeks consecutively. Come along to the trial session and give it a go! |
